Humble: Fire Rips Through Home

12.22.2019 | 10:30 PM | HUMBLE – A fire ripped through a residence while the family was reportedly out-of-town, Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a structure fire burning in the 7500 block of Cypress Drive around 10:30 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a single-story, single-family home with heavy smoke and fire showing and began efforts to extinguish the flames.

Crews quickly extinguished the stubborn fire and determined that the no one was inside.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
