Early Morning House Fire Damages Multiple Homes In Houston

An early morning house fire in Houston appeared to damage multiple homes Sunday as firefighters worked to bring the flames under control.

On October 18, 2026, at approximately 5:39 a.m., Houston Fire Department crews responded to a reported residential fire in the 2800 block of Terry Street.

Firefighters battled the flames, which appeared to have also caused damage to both neighboring homes.

By approximately 6 a.m., crews appeared to have extinguished most of the visible flames.

The extent of the damage, whether anyone was injured, and the cause of the fire have not been officially confirmed.
