Houston: Two Men Shot During Robbery Attempt

03.27.2019 | 12:00 AM | HOUSTON – Two men were shot during a suspected robbery attempt, early Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to the reported shooting in the 9600 block of Galaxy shortly after midnight.

Units arriving on scene found two men who had been in the leg in what they reported was a robbery attempt.

Firefighter paramedics transported both victims to area hospitals in unknown condition.

Initial reports indicate the men were grilling meat to the front of a residence when three masked men approached them and announced they were robbing them.

At some point during the incident one of the masked men opened fire.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
