On November 1, 2026, at approximately 10:40 p.m., Houston police received multiple calls reporting a shooting near 9229 Richmond Avenue.
According to HPD Lieutenant Horelica, responding officers searched the area and located what they believed to be the original crime scene.

Investigators believe the victims were caught in the crossfire of a gunfight between two separate groups.
