DETAILS:
- Law enforcement located a stolen Dodge Ram pickup
- They did not attempt to pull over the Dodge, but the suspect seeing the officers fled anyways
- Later down the road a collision was found with the stolen Dodge and a jeep grand cherokee
- Inside the Cherokee was a deceased father and a baby with severe skull fracture
- The suspect is still on the run and unidentified
- WSP has taken over the investigation
