1. LAFD responded to a crash with CPI involved
2. Firefighters found an SUV that had crashed into a light pole & building
3. The SUV appears to have rolled several times
4. One person was declared deceased at the scene
5. Another was transported by LAFD paramedics in unknown condition
6. LAPD STD is handling the investigation
