EF3 Tornado Destroys Bartlesville Hampton Inn
INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 5-6-24 | 10:15 p.m. CDT
LOCATION: 130 SE Washington Blvd
AREA/CITY: Bartlesville Oklahoma
DETAILS:
- Bartlesville OK as well as other towns in the area were impacted by a tornado late Monday night
- It is being reported the tornado was an EF3
- There have been no confirmed reports of any injuries /deaths at this time
- There is no power to the area at this time
- Crews will have to wait until the day time before they can really get an idea of how much damage was done
- The Oklahoma Department Of Emergency Management is estimating anywhere from 30 to 40 homes were damaged in the Barnsdall area
- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol was assisting in rescuing people affected by the tornado
- Our video shows damage at a Hampton Inn, 2×4 pieces of wood impaled the building, the aluminum roof was torn off the building & crumpled to the ground
