Sylmar: Actor Danny Trejo Helps Rescue Child From Crash

08.07.2019 | 3:08 PM | SYLMAR – Actor Danny Trejo helped rescue a child from an overturned vehicle, Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities responded to reports of a rollover traffic collision in the 14000 block of Hubbard Street around 3:08 PM.

Units arriving on scene found a two-car traffic collision with one vehicle overturned.

Danny Trejo, the infamous Machete actor and owner and proprietor of Trejo’s Tacos, witnessed the crash and immediately began to work with another good samaritan to assist a child who was still inside the overturned vehicle.

Firefighter paramedics ultimately transported three patients from the scene, including the child, in unknown condition.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
