INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 2-23-24 9:00 am
LOCATION: Iris Ave Trolley Station (Iris Ave)

  3. The U.S. Border Patrol is now dumping these immigrants onto the streets of San Diego, where they must fend for themselves.
  4. Volunteers at this dump site are trying to inform the immigrants how to get to the airport or bus station.
  5. Taxis were seen bartering with the immigrants for rides to the airport and the bus station.
