Street Takeover Results in Crash Involving Innocent Driver | Los Angeles

08.21.2022 | 8:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – An innocent driver was involved in a crash with a vehicle leaving a street takeover.

The street takeover was reported in the area of Century and San Pedro.

When officers responded to break up the takeover, one of the vehicles leaving the area crashed into an innocent driver.

LAFD responded and treated the innocent driver on scene.

A set of extra license plates not matching up with the vehicle was found inside the vehicle from the street takeover.

It is unclear whether the driver was arrested or if they fled the scene.

Fresh tire and skid marks could be seen in the intersection of Century and San Pedro.
