Man Fights Deputies During Arrest

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 10-13-24 3:53 am
LOCATION: 8600 blk of Jamacha Rd (Chevron gas Station)
AREA/CITY: Spring Valley
DETAILS:

 

1. Deputies went to the place of employment for a male suspect wanted on an Assualt with a Deadly Weapon and Felony vandalism charges.
2. When they arrived, the suspect could not be seen, and when they came back, the male was inside the cash booth.
3. The Deputies ordered him to come out and when they tried to arrest him, he fought with them.
4. After they handcuffed him and attempted to put him in the back of the patrol vehicle, he fought with them a second time.
5. The suspect was injured and transported to a local hospital.
6. No Deputies were injured.
