Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive gunshot victim in the street in front of a residence.

Phoenix Fire crews arrived a short time later and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.

The victim has yet to be identified.

A crime scene has been established.

Phoenix Police on the scene have confirmed that the incident is being investigated as a homicide.

Several detectives are on the scene.
