YouTuber Duo Brutally Stabbed

11.22.2020 | 1:48 AM | NEWHALL – Officials responded to reports of a family battery in progress. When units arrived on scene they found multiple people down with possible stab wounds at the 24100 block Arch Street. The call was quickly upgraded to an assault with a deadly weapon and a crime scene was set up. LACoFD treated and transported two victims to a hospital, one male and one female. Both victims are in unknown condition at this time Multiple people were taken out of the house and questioned It is unknown the people’s relationship, but it appears they are possibly all family. One man was seen detained in the back seat of a patrol vehicle It is unknown the man’s relationship to the people in the house or to the crime. LASD SCV is currently investigating, and details are limited at this time UPDATE: Unconfirmed reports mention the two victims injured in the stabbing possibly could be Erika and Mario Martinez from the Youtube Channel “Cooking with Bird Martinez.” In information given by a GofundMe that has been set up, it mentions Mario was stabbed 5 times and possibly suffered a severed ear and punctured lung. Erika, or “Bird” was stabbed multiple times in the neck and back, and is possibly now a quadriplegic, who won’t be able to cook anymore. Both victims remain in the hospital. Reports are unconfirmed at this time. The channel has about 48.4K subscribers, their latest video being only a day ago.
