Young Mother Killed in High-Speed Crash

DETAILS:

1. A car going nearly 100 mph rear-ended another car with a young mother and her child in it
2. The occupants of the speeding vehicle fled on foot, but due to a nearby deputy who radioed in the wreck, the driver was caught quickly.
3. The mother was transported with spinal sever but later succumbed to her injuries.
4. The other driver will be booked for DUI and Vehicular homicide
