1. Per Sgt at the scene, officers attempted to pull over a stolen vehicle when it fled
2. a short pursuit lasting under 7 min ended when the suspect struck an innocent motorist driving down Hillcroft
3. 2 occupants in the stolen vehicle sustained minor injuries
4. both suspects are 16 or 17 years old
5. the driver of the other vehicle was being tended to by HFD
6. Silver Toyota was the vehicle being pursued by HPD
