DETAILS:
- At around 12:43am CHP receive reports of a wrong way driver SB in NB lanes on the 15 near the 78
- around 12:47am begin to receive reports of a crash at Beethoven & NB 15
- EPD & Fire arrive on scene and locate a vehicle with major damage and large debris in lanes
- driver is transported to a trauma hospital (Palomar)
