LOCATION: Ended Eastbound Katy Freeway near North Eldridge Parkway.

DETAILS:

1. HPD units observed a vehicle traveling westbound in eastbound lanes on the Katy Freeway from Washington Avenue.
2. Units trailed the vehicle in the westbound lanes.
3. Pct 5 used stop sticks to slow the vehicle down.
4. The vehicle came to a stop. One person was taken into custody.
5. Pct 5 is handling the scene.
