Wrong Way Driver Causes 4 Vehicle Accident On SR-163 | San Diego

01.29.2022 | 3:52 AM | SAN DIEGO – Police started to receive reports of a wrong-way driver who was southbound in the northbound I-15 lanes. The driver then went onto the SR-163 and was still heading southbound in the northbound lanes. The vehicle crashed and there were 3-4 cars involved. At least one person was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. A SIG ALERT was issued and the freeway was shut down for over 1 hour.
