- Initial dash cam of wrong way driver at beginning of video 45 just north of 610
- male in blue f-150 was driving north in southbound lanes
- male crashed head on into 1 vehicle and came to rest on the feeder
- 2 occupants of car he struck
- a second 2 vehicle crash with no injuries resulted from the initial wrong way crash and debris
- Metro PD officer detained wrong-way driver
- both occupants of sedan struck by wrong way driver taken to local trauma center with moderate injuries
- Per HPD officer working crash and his Sgt, this is being investigated as 2 crashes- Wrong way 2 vehicle major, and a 2 vehicle minor
