1. During an encampment sweep triggered by a recent shooting, a woman’s body in a suitcase was discovered with significant decomposition.
2. A potential suspect had already left the encampment knowing the sweep was coming
3. The females identity is not yet known
4. WSDOT Crews continued to remove the encampment
5. State Patrol is leading the investigation
