Woman Rescued After Vehicle Crashes Into Loading Dock in DTLA

DETAILS:

1. A woman crashed through fence and into the loading dock
2. She came west on Hunter St, crossing Alameda into the fence and loading dock
3. She was trapped under the dash for about 25 minutes while LAFD used all the tools to get her out
4. At one point 3 different firefighters were cutting the car about at the same time
5. She was freed and transported
