DETAILS:
- HPD units were dispatched to a shooting.
- Arriving units located a female lying on the ground.
- CPR was started on the female.
- HFD pronounced her deceased at the scene.
- It was reported that the female was in the front of this convenience store, possibly on a bicycle.
- When a small SUV traveling westbound on Tidwell fired shots from inside the car towards the female. At least one round hit her.
