Woman Hears Homeless Man Stuck in Storm Drain | San Diego
04.04.2022 | 12:37 PM | SAN DIEGO – The neighbor heard a man screaming for help outside of her home.
She walked outside and found a transient male down in the storm drain.
The transient couldn’t get out on his own.
She called the Fire Dept. and upon arrival, the firefighters picked up the iron grate in the street and the man came and climbed out.
The man then walked away.
