Woman Goes Into Labor on Freeway in Moreno Valley
At approximately 1:00 p.m. on April 6th, 2026, Cal Fire Riverside County crews responded to a medical emergency involving a woman who went into labor while inside a vehicle on Highway 60 near Heacock Street in Moreno Valley.
Firefighter paramedics arrived on scene and quickly assessed the situation before transporting the woman, who was actively in labor, to a local hospital.
