- The vehicle was driving South on the I-17 when it crashed into the attenuator at the exit ramp for Indian School Road.
- The SUV erupted into flames after colliding with the crash barrier.
- The woman managed to escape the car before it burst into flames.
- Phoenix Fire Engine 18 arrived and extinguished the fire before evaluating the driver.
- She did not sustain any injuries and declined medical transport.
- Troopers performed a field sobriety test on the woman before placing her in handcuffs.
