Woman Ejected From Vespa Scooter After Rear Ending Car

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 4-28-24, 7:21 p.m.
LOCATION: 1600 block of West Ball Road

DETAILS:

1. Anaheim Police Department and Anaheim Fire and Rescue responded to a reported vehicle vs a scooter traffic collision.
2. When units arrived on scene, they learned that a woman was riding a Vespa scooter and came upon traffic stopped at a stop light.
3. For unknown reasons, she slammed into the rear end of a Honda Accord that was stopped at the light and was ejected from the scooter, flying over the car and landing on the ground.
4. She was transported to a local area hospital suffering from unknown injuries
