Winter Storm Brings Layer of Hail to Castaic

11.23.2021 | 3:00 PM | CASTAIC – Heavy rain and cold temperatures brought a layer of hail to residents living on Hillcrest Parkway in Castaic.

The hail stuck on cars, on houses and driveways along the streets, bringing a snowy look to much of the neighborhood.

Rain is expected to continue into the next week, in a session of approximately 4 storm cells hitting much of the LA area.

Snow is expected as low as the 2000 ft level.

The top of Hillcrest Parkway is about the 1500 level.
