DETAILS:

1. HCSO deputies responded to a disturbance between a husband and wife that turned physical.
2. The wife stated she had to shoot her husband.
3. EMS pronounced the husband deceased at the scene.
4. Their child was in the house at the time but was not injured.
5. Investigation is on going.
