Whittier: Two Seriously Injured After High-Speed Crash

05.12.2020 | 10:07 PM | WHITTIER – A high-speed crash left two people in serious condition, Tuesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision with a person trapped near the intersection of Whittier Boulevard and East Broadway around 10:07 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a t-bone style crash involving a white Ford pickup truck and white sedan with four victims including one trapped inside.

Firefighters freed the trapped patient before transporting all four victims to area hospitals.

At least two of the victims were reported to be in serious condition.

Initial reports indicate the white sedan was traveling at high-speeds just prior to the crash.

The scene of the crash was cordoned off while authorities investigated.
