Whittier: Metro PCS Store Robbed At Gunpoint

11.21.2018 | 4:45 PM | WHITTIER – Two men robbed a Metro PCS store of over $600 in U.S. currency, Wednesday evening.

Police responded to reports of a robbery at the Metro PCS store located in the 10500 block of Whittier Boulevard around 4:45 PM.

Units arriving on scene quickly determined that two suspects entered the store and displayed a handgun before demanding crash.

Store employees complied with the demands and turned over more than $600 from a cash register.

Both men then fled the area on foot. The suspects were described as 18 to 20 years old male Hispanics.

One suspect was described as wearing a grey sweater with black jeans while the other wore a checkered flannel with sunglasses.
