Whittier: Husband Stabbed By Wife At Home

08.06.2020 | 12:00 AM | WHITTIER – A man was stabbed by his wife at their home, early Thursday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a domestic disturbance at a home in the 8100 block of Calmada Avenue around 12:00 AM.

Units arriving on scene located an adult male who reported he was stabbed by his wife during an altercation.

Firefighter paramedics transported the man to an area hospital in unknown condition.

A the wife was detained by officers and the knife used in the incident was recovered inside the couple’s home.

An investigation is ongoing.
