Whittier: Homicide Investigation Underway

03.27.2020 | 12:40 AM | WHITTIER – A homicide investigation was underway after a victim was found dead, early Friday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of person down in the 7600 block of Pickering Avenue around 12:40 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a victim down and pronounced them deceased on scene.

Officers determined the death to be suspicious and cordoned off the area surrounding the discovery.

Detectives are on scene investigating.

No additional information was immediately available.
