Westmont: Home Found Engulfed By Fire

07.06.2020 | 3:21 AM | LOS ANGELES – A home was found engulfed by heavy fire, early Monday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a structure fire burning in the 1100 block of West 87th Street in the Westmont area around 3:21 AM.

Crews arriving on scene located a single-story home engulfed in heavy fire and initiated an aggressive fire attack.

Within 15 minutes firefighters had extinguished the blaze and determined the home was vacant.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
