Westminster: Woman Killed After Being Struck By Car

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of McFadden Avenue and Beach Boulevard around 6:50 PM.

Units arriving on scene discovered an elderly female pedestrian down in the roadway suffering from major injuries.

Firefighter paramedics attempted life-saving measures but later pronounced the woman deceased on scene.

The driver that struck the woman stopped and remained on scene while officers investigated.
