Westminster: Dozens Detained By SWAT During Search Warrant Execution

03.05.2019 | 12:10 AM | WESTMINSTER – A total of 26 people were detained by SWAT officers during the execution of a search warrant related to illegal gambling, early Tuesday morning.

West County SWAT officers descended upon two residences, one in the 10000 block of Treebark Circle in Westminster and the other in the 10000 block of Premier Avenue in Buena Park, around 12:10 AM.

The officers made entry into both locations simultaneously and detained a total of 26 individuals pursuant to a search warrant related to an illegal gambling operation.

No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
