Westlake: Vehicle Hangs 7 Stories Up After Crashing Through Parking Structure

LOCATION: 600 S Bixel St
CITY: Los Angeles
DETAILS:

1. LAFD responded to a technical rescue
2. Firefighters arrived and found a vehicle hanging from a parking structure
3. The vehicle was hanging 7 stories up
4. Crews made their way to the vehicle and determined the driver was no longer on the scene
5. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle and dragged it back into the parking structure
6. It took 30 firefighters approximately 1 hour to complete the task
7. No injuries have been reported
8. Building and safety have been requested
