Wendy’s Destroyed by Fire | Corona

11.28.2021 | 4:21 AM | RIVERSIDE – Firefighters responded to reports of a commercial structure fire.

The first arriving engine reported heavy smoke and flames coming from the roof of Wendys Fastfood restaurant.

Firefighters quickly attacked the fire.

Firefighters had a difficult time putting out the fire.

Flames can be seen shooting into the air from the roof of the business.

Firefighters used 2 aerial ladders trucks to battle the fire from above.

Arial efforts were not as effective as firefighters hoped they would be.

Firefighters went back to fighting the fire mainly from the ground after about 15 min of the Arial attack from the ladders with little progress.

firefighters are still fighting the fire as of 5:40 am with visible flames coming from the roof.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time but the fire will be investigated to determine the cause.

No other businesses were affected by the fire as of now.
