LOCATION: Melrose & Van Ness
AREA/CITY: Hollywood
DETAILS:

1. A WAYMO with passenger(s) drove into a blocked of area on Melrose Ave
2. The road was blocked with LAFD apparatus
3. LAFD flared off Melrose at Van Ness, the WAYMO drove over the flares and into the scene
4. WAYMO did have at least one person in the back
5. After about 10 minutes the WAYMO made a U-turn and drove away on Van Ness
