the fire was upgraded to a possible rescue, and there were no hydrants in the neighborhood.
HFD asked for water tenders from sheldon and county departments, and additional engines from HFD.
It took firefighters about 90 min to get the fire under control.
the fire appears to have started in an area contractors have been renovating earlier in the day.
The homeowner came on camera, and stated that he and his family have lived there for 22 years.
He has stated that the neighborhood has been trying to get the city to put a hydrant into their neighborhood since he can remember, and a number of houses have burned down due to the lack of water.
