Washington: House Fire Destroys Federal Way Home

LOCATION: 2200 SW 349th Place

CITY: Federal Way

DETAILS: Crews called to the intersection of SW 349th Pl and 18th Ave. SW for reports of smoke and flames from the home. Crews arrived at the home fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters took a defensive posture and kept the fire from spreading to other homes. The roof and backside of the house collapsed. The neighbor reports the owners are out of town. No known Injuries were reported at the scene. The cause is under investigation.
