Vista: Solo Crash Leaves Vehicle Engulfed In Flames

12.15.2019 | 2:23 AM | VISTA – A fiery freeway crash destroyed a car, early Sunday morning.

A deputy on patrol located a solo crash with a vehicle engulfed in fire on the eastbound SR-78 Freeway near Vista Village Driver around 2:23 AM.

The deputy determined nobody was inside the vehicle nor was anyone injured.

Firefighters responded and quickly extinguished the flames which left the vehicle severely damaged.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
