Violent Head On Crash Leaves One Deceased | Mead Valley

01.28.2022 | 5:58 AM | MEAD VALLEY – California Highway Patrol and Cal Fire Riverside County responded to a traffic collision. When they arrived they found 3 vehicles involved, 2 with major damage. The driver of one of the vehicles was trapped. The driver of the white vehicle was pronounced deceased on scene, the driver of the 2nd vehicle was transported with unknown injuries. Per CHP Officer on scene it is believed that the driver of the black vehicle was heading eastbound on Cajalco while the driver of the white vehicle was heading westbound, when for unknown reasons, the driver of the black vehicle swayed into the westbound lane becoming a wrong way driver, then hitting the white vehicle head on.
