Victim Left Trapped in Car Alone After Hit & Run Crash | San Diego
05.27.2022 | 9:08 PM | SAN DIEGO – The male driver of the vehicle was seen driving at a high speed heading westbound on Quivira Way when he didn’t make a curve and went across the street and off of the roadway.
The car went into the dirt and hit a palm tree, and rolled several times.
The car stopped on its roof and the driver and 2 of the 3 passengers got out and ran away leaving a male passenger behind.
The male was extricated from the vehicle and taken to a local hospital with major injuries.
The driver and the other two people have not been found.
DUI is suspected as there are beer bottles and cans around the vehicle.
The injured male is in his late teens.
