Vermont Vista: Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Car

10.04.2019 | 7:06 PM | LOS ANGELES – A pedestrian was dead after being struck by a car, Friday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a pedestrian near the intersection of Century and Baring Cross in the Vermont Vista area around 7:06 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a pedestrian down in the roadway that had been struck by a Toyota sedan.

Firefighter paramedics pronounced the victim deceased on scene due to their injuries.

The driver of the vehicle that struck the pedestrian remained on scene and appeared to be cooperating with law enforcement.
