Vermont-Slauson: Motorcyclist Trapped Under Vehicle After Crash

04.28.2020 | 10:20 PM | LOS ANGELES – A motorcyclist was trapped under a vehicle after being involved in a crash, Tuesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a motorcyclist at the intersection of West Florence Avenue and South Flower Street in the Vermont-Slauson area around 10:20 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a motorcyclist trapped under a white Ford SUV after a crash.

Firefighters used a jack and wood cribbing to lift the vehicle and free the motorcyclist who was transported to an area hospital.

The driver of the SUV was not injured and appeared to be cooperating with law enforcement.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
