Vermont-Knolls: Pursuit Ends With Crash

07.28.2020 | 8:45 PM | LOS ANGELES – A driver who fled from officers before crashing was under arrest, Tuesday night.

Officers were in pursuit of the white pickup truck on the northbound I-110 Freeway for unknown reasons around 8:45 PM.

The pursuit reached speeds of over 100 MPH on the freeway and ended at the intersection of Manchester and Figueroa Street in the Vermont-Knolls area when the driver crashed into a minivan.

Police quickly apprehended the driver and passenger of the truck.

The driver of the minivan and both suspects were uninjured.

Authorities are still investigating why the pair fled from police.
