Vermont-Knolls: Man Seriously Injured After Shooting Outside Gas Station

04.28.2020 | 11:10 PM | LOS ANGELES – A man in his 50s was seriously injured after a shooting outside a gas station, late Tuesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a victim down outside a gas station near the intersection of Manchester Avenue and Hoover Street in the Vermont-Knolls area around 11:10 PM.

Units arriving on scene located an approximately 50-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics treated the victim on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in serious condition.

Officers cordoned off the area surrounding the shooting while they investigated.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
