Vermont Knolls: Amazon Delivery Truck Found Empty After Carjacking

08.09.2020 | 3:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – An Amazon delivery truck was found abandoned and without packages after it was carjacked, Sunday afternoon.

Officers responded to reports of an Amazon delivery truck that had been carjacked and was being tracked via GPS in the Vermont Knolls area around 3:00 PM.

Units located the truck unoccupied in the area of Normandie Avenue and West 59th Street and searched it but did not locate any packaged.

The driver who was carjacked was uninjured and is providing suspect information to police.
