- Ventura city police was in pursuit of a unknown wanted vehicle
- The circumstances around the pursuit are unclear at this time
- One vehicle slammed into a Ventura county ambulance, causing the ambulance to catch on fire
- There was also construction in the area and a dump truck got hit
- Alcohol is seen on the top of one of the vehicles
- Five people were transported to the hospital three of which were in the ambulance
