Ventura: Armed Man Robs Local Circle K Store

07.26.2019 | 3:40 AM | VENTURA – Police are searching for an armed man who robbed a Circle K store, Friday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of an armed robbery at the Circle K store located in the 1000 block of East Main Street around 3:40 AM.

Units arriving on scene learned a man wearing a ski mask entered the store armed with a long-barreled revolver before demanding cash.

The clerk complied and turned over the cash prompting the suspect to flee westbound on foot.

Surveillance footage captured video of the suspect being dropped off by a vehicle prior to the robbery.

Police are on scene investigating.
